Partner program
Three ways to participate: refer an organization and earn rev share, run client stores as an agency, or work on another organization's stores as a Collaborator. They're independent. Pick one or pick all three.
The three relationships
Referral. You bring an organization to VeryQuery; we pay you a percentage of everything they pay us, across every store they run, for as long as they're a customer. No work required after the introduction. Refer a store.
Agency. You build and operate stores on behalf of merchants. We give you a workflow for installing on a client's store, configuring it, then handing it off to the merchant cleanly. Rev share on every organization you hand off this way is automatic. Becoming an agency.
Collaborator. A merchant grants your organization operational access to their store so you can do the work without being a billing party. Collaborator access.
How they fit together
Referral and Agency relationships earn you the same lifetime rev share. The percentage is the same; the difference is whether you stay involved with the store after the handoff. Collaborator access is independent: a merchant can revoke your access to their store without ending the rev-share relationship, and vice versa.
An organization in VeryQuery is a single tenant abstraction. The same Org can act as a merchant (running its own stores), an affiliate (referring others), and an agency (building stores for clients) at the same time. There's no separate "partner account" to create; your existing Org becomes a partner the moment you accept the partner terms.
Getting paid
Rev share accrues on each merchant charge with a 30-day grace period (covers refunds and chargebacks). After that window, the balance is eligible for payout via Stripe Connect to your bank account. Payouts are admin-initiated; you'll see the queued amount on the Partner Program page, under Payouts.
You'll need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding before any rev share can leave our balance. The button to start onboarding appears on the Partner Program page once you've accepted the partner terms.
