Per-unit rates on each axis, by tier. These are what you pay for usage past your monthly commit — no cliff, no hidden multiplier. Higher tiers carry meaningfully lower rates on every axis.
Each axis has its own volume-discount curve: step up a tier and every unit rate roughly halves or quarters. Rates below are set by cost-of-goods with margin, not by dividing the base fee by the commit.
